Weathering the Blues.
I. Problems and concerns can weigh us down emotionally. – Ps. 31:1-2
II. Take your concerns to God. – Ps. 31:3-4
III. Trust God to carry you through. – Ps. 31:5-8.
In times of “the blues,” trust in God, ask Him for refuge, have confidence in His protection, and rejoice in His mercy.
